Scheelite and calcium-bearing gangue minerals fluorite and calcite are difficult to separate because of their similar surface physicochemical properties.Based on scheelite/fluorite/calcite as the research object,selecting sodium oleate、benzohydroxamic acid as a flotation collector,sodium silicate、extract as inhibitor,with ultrasonic power、ultrasonic time、pH for flotation influence factors,through single mineral/artificial mixed mineral flotation and adsorption quantity、microcalorimetric test,research of the difference of the effect of ultrasound on the three flotation kinetics.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The kinetics of single mineral flotation showed that the ultrasonic time、ultrasonic power and pulp pH had great influence on scheelite/fluorite/calcite,and the cumulative mineral recovery could be effectively improved after the ultrasonic action.Especially for fluorite,Benzohydroxamic acid with different ultrasonic time and ultrasonic power can effectively improve the accumulation recovery and flotation rate of fluorite.When benzohydroxyamic acid was used as the collector in different pulp pH,the cumulative recovery of fluorite changed significantly.Response surface optimization shows that,When benzohydroxamic acid is applied by ultrasound,the three minerals can realize differential flotation by using different optimal factors.(2)For scheelite-fluorite、scheelite-calcite、scheelite-fluorite-calcite mixed ore,the corres-ponding grade and cumulative recovery of scheelite in the mixed ore are obviously increased when the benzohydroxamic acid is used by ultrasonic.The ultrasonic effects of benzohydroxamic acid and sodium silicate can effectively improve the recovery rate of scheelite in scheelite-fluorite mixed ore and shorten the flotation time of scheelite.The optimal flotation dynamic fitting formula is as follows:ε=89.042*[1-exp(-0.0758*t)]The ultrasonic action of benzohydroxamic acid and tannin extract can effectively improve the recovery rate and corresponding grade of scheelite in scheelite mixed ore and shorten the flotation time of scheelite.The corresponding optimal flotation dynamic fitting formula is shown in the following formula:ε=82.407*[1-exp(-0.0791*t)]Ultrasonic benzohydroxamic acid,sodium silicate and vegetable tannin extract can significantly improve the recovery and grade of scheelite in the ternary mixed ore of scheelite-fluorite-calcite,but the highest recovery and grade is lower than that of binary mixed ore.The optimal flotation kinetic fitting formula is as follows:ε=74.9399{1-1/0.1819*t[1-exp(-0.1819*t)]}(3)The adsorption capacity and trace thermal test showed that compared with the non-ultrasonic action inhibitors,the adsorption capacity and reaction heat of benzohydroxamic acid and sodium silicate and tannin extract on the surface of scheelite showed an increasing trend,indicating that the ultrasonic effect was greater than the inhibition effect,and the effect of ultrasonic inhibitors on the phytoplankton of scheelite was small.Compared with non-ultrasonic action inhibitors,ultrasonic benzohydroxamic acid,sodium silicate and vegetable tannin extract can effectively reduce the adsorption amount and reaction heat of benzohydroxamic acid on fluorite surface.The adsorption capacity,reaction heat and reaction rate of benzooxime acid on the surface of fluorite decreased the most when ultrasound applied benzooxime acid and sodium silicate,indicating that the ultrasonic effects of benzooxime acid and sodium silicate could effectively inhibit the adsorption of benzooxime acid on the surface of fluorite.Compared with non-ultrasonic action inhibitors,ultrasonic benzooxime acid,sodium silicate and tannin extract can effectively reduce the adsorption amount and reaction heat of benzooxime acid on the calcite surface.When the effect of ultrasonic on benzooxime acid and tannin extract was performed,the adsorption amount,reaction heat and reaction rate of benzooxime acid on the surface of calcite decreased the most,indicating that the effect of ultrasonic on benzooxime acid and tannin extract could effectively inhibit the adsorption of benzooxime acid on the surface of calcite.
