Research On Quality Risk Management Of The Whole Process Of Pipeline Oil Products

During the operation of oil transportation in long-distance pipelines,the quality of oil is the key control point in the management of pipeline transportation.However,the quality management of oil products is a complicated process management,which is easily affected by factors such as operation control level,transportation scheme,intrinsic safety of pipeline facilities,and quality index characteristics of oil products.Reducing the risk of oil quality and avoiding oil quality accidents have become an urgent problem to be solved.The thesis takes the DL pipeline project as a research case,a research method that combines theoretical analysis and experimental verification through the quality index characteristics of oil products in the pipeline transportation process,based on the operating characteristics of the entire pipeline transportation process,combined with the different oil products in the pipeline transportation process through the same A pipeline enters the pipeline in sequence,monitors the operation process,and outputs the quality control management of the pipeline in turn.The factors affecting the oil quality of each link are studied,and the mechanism of oil quality risk factors in the entire pipeline transportation process is determined.Introduce the safety risk theory into the risk analysis process of pipeline transportation oil quality.Through the use of fishbone diagram analysis method,combined with expert investigation method,and the use of brainstorming and Delphi method theoretical research to carry out oil quality risk analysis,and then form A risk list for the quality of the oil transported by the DL pipeline is given.Through the study of the MES evaluation model,the DL pipeline project oil quality risk evaluation system was established,and the pipeline oil quality risk level was comprehensively evaluated from the aspects of risk control measures and risk event consequences,and quantitative evaluation and sequencing were carried out.Finally,according to the oil quality risk assessment results of the pipeline project,formulate targeted risk response measures.The research results of the paper show that the quality control process of sequential oil transportation is taken as an intermediate element,combined with the characteristics of the quality index parameters of pipeline transportation of oil products,and the relationship between the pipeline sequential transportation process and oil quality is constructed,thereby establishing the pipeline The identification model of oil quality risk factors during the transportation process can effectively identify the quality risks of oil products during pipeline transportation,and Provide a theoretical basis for the formulation of oil quality management measures for similar pipeline projects in the future and improve the oil quality management level of pipeline enterprises.
