With the rapid growth of our country's economy,our country's urbanization and infrastructure construction also entering an unprecedented golden period since the reform and development.Especially in recent years,A large number of underwater projects which have been approved and the development of offshore resources have greatly increased the demand for non-dispersible underwater concrete.As we know,the underwater environment is more complicated than the land,so it requires underwater non-dispersible underwater concrete to be a better work performance such as anti-dispersion,durability,fluidity,and mechanic strength than ordinary concrete.The non-dispersible underwater concrete also has the same brittleness and easy-cracking as the ordinary concrete.In recent years,international and domestic academics founded that mixing fibers into concrete is a effective ways to overcome this defect.At present,international and domestic academics have gotten some certain results,but there are little studies on the hybrid fiber which mix with non-dispersible underwater,and yet the influence of polyvinyl alcohol-steel hybrid fiber which mix with non-dispersible underwater concrete has not been studied.This paper is accomplished which use single-factor rotation method,orthogonal analysis method and fitting correlation function.Detailed work has been done:(1)This paper describles application status and research status of non-dispersible underwater in our country,and summarizes the existing problems and problems which aren't studied.After explaining advantages and disadvantages of non-dispersible underwater,this paper performed a comparative analysis on several commonly used fibers.This paper finally select polyvinyl alcohol-steel hybrid fiber as object of study based on their related properties.(2)This paper study the effects of water-binder ratio and anti-dispersing agent dosage on the performance of non-dispersible underwater in standards which regard the fluidity,anti dispersion and compressive strength of non-dispersible underwater as test indexes by Single factor rotation.This paper obtain two groups of mix proportion which are met a standard,and it can provide the standard mix proportion for the next two chapters.(3)This paper study the effects of the dosage of polyvinyl alcohol fiber and steel fiber on the performance of non-dispersible underwater in standards which regard the fluidity,anti dispersion and compressive strength of non-dispersible underwater as test indexes by Single factor rotation.This paper obtain respectively two groups of polyvinyl alcohol fiber and steel fiber mix proportion that is only mix with one fiber proportion,and it are met a standard and are a good property.(4)This paper study the effects of water-binder ratio?anti-dispersing agent dosage?polyvinyl alcohol fiber dosage and steel fiber dosage of non-dispersible underwater in standards which regard the fluidity,anti dispersion and compressive strength of non-dispersible underwater as test indexes by four factors and four levels orthogonal design-direct analysis.This paper optimize the proportion of PVA and Steel hybrid fiber non-dispersible underwater concrete by setting up related technology and economic index after Analyzing of test data.(5)This paper put forward that the 28 d strength test results of PVA and Steel hybrid fiber non-dispersible underwater concrete were consistent with the Poly2 d function,and it fit Poly2 d function.This paper get the compressive and flexural strength of PVA and Steel hybrid fiber non-dispersible underwater concrete function which are made by the standard mix proportion in 0.35 and 0.50water-binder ratio.We can get the specific dosage value of two kinds of fibers when PVA and Steel hybrid fiber non-dispersible underwater concrete is the best performance form the function.
