In this paper,composite thermal insulation coating products with excellent comprehensive performance are prepared.They are barrier type thermal insulation coating and elastic reflection type thermal insulation coating.The main research content includes two parts:The first part explores the effects of the film-forming material,type and amount of thermal insulation filler,the thickness of the coating,the type of anti-settling agent and the amount of thickener on the thermal insulation and storage stability of the coating.The experiment results show that the film-forming material has little effect on the thermal insulation performance of the coating.The thermal conductivity of the styrene-acrylic emulsion is relatively low,so it is suitable to be the film-forming material for barrier thermal insulation coatings.The three insulation fillers are compared,and it is found that the combination of hollow glass beads S2 and phase change microcapsules X-2 has the best insulation effect and cost performance.When the two fillers have a mass fraction of 20% and a compounding ratio of 13: 7,the coating have the best thermal insulation performance.At this time,the thermal conductivity is 0.106W/(m· K)and the thermal insulation temperature difference is 14.9 ? at 1mm.When using fumed silica as an anti-settling agent and 1.0% associative polyurethane thickener,it can effectively solve the storage problem caused by the light filler and the coating still have good storage stability in 30 days.The second part explores effects of film-forming material,PVC,the type and amount of pigments and fillers and the thickness of coatings on the comprehensive properties of paint films.The experiment results show that the elastic pure acrylic emulsion as a film-forming material can give the coating excellent elasticity,and the silica sol can improve the shortcomings of the poor stain resistance of the elastic emulsion.When the ratio of them is 7: 2 and the coating PVC is 24%,its comprehensive performance is good.The study show that rutile titanium dioxide and hollow glass beads S3 have a good synergistic effect when they are used together.When the compound ratio of them is 18: 1 and the coating thickness is 100?m,the staining rate of the coating is 12.1%,the elongation at break is 301%,the contrast ratio is 93% and the thermal insulation temperature difference is 9.5 ?.
