| With the rapid development of global economic modernization,China’s economy has entered the fast track of rapid development.On the one hand,due to the complex changes in the international economic environment,some domestic manufacturing enterprises are subject to the restrictions of international green environmental protection policies,which forces them to improve the green manufacturing standards of their products.At the same time,with the deepening of China’s reform and development,while maintaining a stable and high-speed economic development,China is paying more and more attention to environmental protection and other issues.The relevant departments have also begun to introduce a series of policies to encourage and support enterprises to green production and sustainable development.On the other hand,with the rapid development of Internet one-stop platform procurement and manufacturing network collaboration alliance,many manufacturing enterprises are easily lost in the sea of data in the face of the explosive growth of network resources,data information and the choice of green suppliers,thus affecting the accuracy of enterprise procurement decisions and the opportunity cost of choice.In this context,this study is expected to support the development of green purchasing in the domestic manufacturing industry both in theory and in practice.Firstly,the research background of this paper is analyzed,and it is mentioned that green procurement is an important factor for enterprises to integrate sustainable development and ecological environment.Then the paper reviews the development status of green suppliers and the relevant theoretical literature on the selection and evaluation methods.Secondly,the relevant principles,theoretical basis,influencing factors,selection process and methods of green supply chain management are analyzed.This paper expounds the importance of green supplier procurement to enterprises at present,and through the investigation of experts’ practice and literature research,it rearranges the evaluation index system of supplier selection and determines the weight of manufacturing enterprises under green procurement management.Thirdly,a green supplier recommendation model based on collaborativefiltering algorithm is proposed.By combining the characteristics of purchasing management in manufacturing industry with the practical application of recommendation technology,the theoretical calculation process of green supplier selection and ranking is designed.At the same time,bottleneck problems such as inaccurate recommendation caused by extremely scarce user rating data are analyzed and optimized.In order to meet the manufacturing enterprises in different decisions under the personalized needs.Finally,the feasibility of the theoretical content proposed in this paper is verified by case analysis,and the nearest neighbor collaborative filtering algorithm is used to calculate the correlation similarity between suppliers and suppliers,items and items,and suppliers and items under the condition of extremely scarce user rating data.Finally,the feasibility and operability of the recommendation algorithm are effectively verified by matching the most suitable green suppliers for the manufacturing enterprises. |
