With the trial operation of the Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion,the growth and propagation of algae in some parts of the main canal,especially in the high-temperature summer,is accelerated,which seriously affects the water quality and reduces the water delivery quality and economic benefits of the whole project.Therefore,it is necessary to set up mechanical algae removal and blocking equipment at each section of the main canal and its main water diversion gate to solve the problem of algae breeding in the main canal and ensure that the water quality of the main canal reaches the secondary water quality standard.Based on a comprehensive study of the actual situation of the Middle Route Project of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,and taking the 18 Li section of Liuwan water diversion outlet in Zhengzhou section as a typical channel section,this paper has completed the equipment design integrating the interception and removal of algae and pollutants.The main contents are as follows:(1)According to the engineering background and actual working conditions,the layout of the whole equipment is determined.The main split structure and parts of the equipment are selected and arranged.The overall frame structure and main parts are modeled in three dimensions through the software of sowworks to determine the size and materials selected for each part.(2)By using FLUENT software,the flow field of the algae removal machine is analyzed.Through the analysis of different mesh types in the same flow field,it is concluded that the diamond mesh has the least influence on the flow velocity attenuation.Finally,the data of mesh is determined as: diamond mesh,wire diameter is 1mm,pitch is 6mm,pitch is 6mm,mesh density is 0.21.(3)By using gxworks2 software,the PLC control system design of the algaeremoval and decontamination equipment is completed,and the automation degree of the equipment is improved.(4)In this paper,the finite element analysis software workbench is used to carry out the static analysis of the algae removal equipment and the structure,and the strength of the equipment is checked.The results meet the design requirements.(5)through the test and operation of the first generation of algae-killing equipment,in view of the incomplete algae-killing in the main channel section and the heavy workload of the algae-water mixture follow-up treatment,the corresponding optimization direction and the algae-water separation scheme are put forward.
