| Most of the coal mine safety accidents are caused by human factors.People-oriented,safety-oriented and caring for life are increasingly becoming the basic requirements for the scientific development of coal mines.As a result,it is particularly necessary to explore the influence mechanism of behavioral integrity of coal leader on trust in leader in coal mines.This dissertation divides trust in coal mine leader into two dimensions of cognition-based trust and affect-based trust through consulting a large amount of literatures.A theoretical model of the relationship between behavioral integrity of coal leader and trust in leader in coal mines was constructed by taking subordinate-leader values congruence and subordinate trust propensity as the mediating variable.212 valid questionnaires from coal mines in Shaanxi province in were collected by questionnaire survey method.First,SPSS 24.0 was used to analyze the reliability and validity of the data,and then AMOS 24.0 was used to build the structural equation model.In addition,the hierarchical linear regression analysis method was also used to test the moderating role of supervisor-subordinate guanxi,and the bootstrap method was used to test moderated mediation model.The results showed that behavioral integrity of coal leader had a positive correlation effect on subordinate trust propensity,subordinate-leader values congruence,cognition-based trust and affect-based trust of coal mine leader.Behavioral integrity of coal leader had indirect effects on cognition-based trust and affect-based trust of coal mine leader through the mediating role of subordinate trust propensity.At the same time,the higher the quality of supervisor-subordinate guanxi,the stronger was the indirect effect.Behavioral integrity of coal leader had indirect effects on affect-based trust of coal mine leader through the mediating role of subordinate-leader values congruence.In addition,the higher the quality of supervisor-subordinate guanxi,the stronger was the indirect effect.Subordinate trust propensity had a positive correlation effect on cognition-based trust and affect-based trust of coal mine leader,and supervisor-subordinate guanxi played the moderating role.Subordinate-leader values congruence had a positive correlation effect on affect-based trust of coal mine leader,and supervisor-subordinate guanxi played the moderating role.According to the results,the coal leader are put forward some countermeasures and suggestions:First,the coal leader need to keep behavioral integrity,such as cultivating the quality of behavioral integrity,and promoting the construction of enterprise culture with behavioral integrity;Second,the coal leader should attach much importance to the trust propensity of subordinates and values congruence,such as actively caring subordinates or promoting the consistency of values between subordinates and the coal leader;Third,the coal leader should pay attention to supervisor-subordinate guanxi in work and life,such as promoting the communication quality or strengthening the emotional connection. |
