Tinplate has the advantages of tasteless,nontoxic,light weight,easy processing and molding.With the improvement of the national living standard and the increase of the demand for canned food and beverage,the demand for canned steel is increasing.As the last process for tinplate products to go to customers,the quality of the cross cutting process directly affects the quality level of the finished products.In the actual production,the edge of tinplate products will appear open wave defects after cross cutting and stacking,which affects the quality of products.In this paper,the crosscutting unit of an iron and steel enterprise is taken as the research object,from the equipment structure,production technology and other aspects to start research.First of all,on the basis of the experimental tracking of the shape change before and after the tin plate cross cutting and the influence of the roll system factors of the cross cutting machine on the shape of the plate,a large number of experimental data are measured,the experimental tracking of the formation of the edge opening wave of the tin plate finished product and the analysis of the influencing factors are completed,and the factors affecting the opening wave were analyzed.Subsequently,taking into account the influence of the roll system factors of the cross cutting unit on the shape of the plate,using the most uniform length of each strip element after deformation as the optimization objective,taking the tensile stress of each strip element as the optimization variable,taking into account the constraints between the adjacent strip elements,the corresponding objective function is established,and the mechanism of the shape change in the straightening process is studied.The shape of the tinplate after passing the straightening roller is given Based on the change model and the corresponding calculation strategy,the typical specification products are selected to simulate the change of strip shape before and after straightening,and on this basis,the mechanism of the change of strip shape after cross cutting is further studied,the corresponding mathematical model is established,and the corresponding change law is quantitatively analyzed.Then,aiming at the problem of ignoring gravity effect and causing large deviation between measured and actual shape in the process of off-line shape measurement of cold-rolled sheet,taking fully into account the measurement process characteristics of off-line shape of cold-rolled sheet,on the basis of the mechanism of off-line shape measurement error of cold-rolled sheet is studied,and a set of gravity influence model suitable for off-line shape measurement of cold-rolled sheet is established,the influence of gravity on wave height is quantitatively analyzed,and a corresponding correction model for off-line shape measurement error of cold-rolled sheet is established.Based on the analysis of the forming trend of the open wave at the edge of the tin plate after cross-cutting,the forming mechanism of the open wave is studied,and its influence on the opening is analyzed from four aspects: gravity,external force,wave distance and strip specification.Finally,a set of straightening process optimization setting technology is developed with the pressure of straightening unit as the optimization variable and the minimum flaw of edge wave of strip as the optimization target.A complete set of control measures for edge opening wave of finished product after cross-cutting of tinplate is put forward by using reverse thinking to complete the formulation of incoming plate shape standard.At the same time,the calculation model is applied to the field,and the product is tracked to verify its practicability,which can effectively reduce the incidence of open waves and improve production efficiency.
