With the increase of antimony consumption in the world,the single antimony resource has been gradually exhausted.The antimony gold intergrowth ore,which accounts for 21%of antimony resource,has gradually become an important resource for antimony extraction.For this kind of deposit,due to the low content of antimony,most of the mines at home and abroad are only treated as a single gold mine.In the flotation process,in order to strengthen the recovery of gold,a large dose of agent is used to collect antimony bearing gold ore to obtain antimony bearing gold concentrate.Due to the supersaturated adsorption of antimony and gold mineral agent,it is difficult to separate antimony and gold ore.In addition,in the process of roasting antimony bearing gold concentrate,antimony minerals with low melting point are easy to wrap on the surface of gold bearing minerals,making it difficult for gold to dissolve out;in addition,in the process of cyanide leaching,antimony will occur cyanide and oxygen consumption reaction,which will affect the recovery of gold.Therefore,it is important theoretical and practical significance for the recovery of antimony resources and the improvement of gold leaching rate on the study which is separation of antimony bearing gold concentrate.In this paper,a foreign antimony bearing gold concentrate has been taken as the research object.The high-quality antimony concentrate suitable for pyrometallurgy has been obtained by flotation separation,and then the tailings were treated by alkaline hydrometallurgy to leach antimony.Finally,the cathode antimony is obtained by electrolytic deposition of the antimony leach solution,and the antimony leach residue is the gold concentrate,so as to realize the separation of antimony and gold.The results show that TS-1 and TS-3 are suitable for the flotation of antimony from antimony bearing gold concentrate with antimony grade of19.37%,gold grade of 52.3 g/t and antimony oxidation rate of 20.25%.Under the condition that the combined inhibitor is used as sulfur arsenic and gangue mineral inhibitor,lead nitrate is used as antimony activator and ethyl sulfur nitrogen is used as antimony collector,through the closed-circuit flotation process of one roughing,two scavenging and two refining,the antimony concentrate with grade of 51.36%,gold content of 66.5 g/t and recovery of76.73%can be obtained.The proportion of gold in antimony concentrate is34.77%.The results of infrared spectrum show that under the action of TS-1,pyrite and arsenopyrite are 3417.18 cm-1and 3413.57 cm-1,respectively The results show that the surface contact angle of stibnite does not change significantly and the wettability of stibnite does not change obviously after adding TS-1,while the surface contact angle of pyrite and arsenopyrite decreases obviously and the wettability of stibnite increases.This shows that TS-1 can selectively adsorb on the surface of gold bearing pyrite and arsenopyrite,increase the wettability of the mineral surface,enhance its hydrophilicity,and thus play a role in inhibiting sulfur arsenic minerals.On the basis of the test results of pure mineral leaching,the flotation tailings containing 6.35%antimony,64.16%oxidation rate and 45.9 g/t gold were used for the alkaline hydrometallurgical leaching of antimony.The results show that under the conditions of 40?,120 g/L of sodium sulfide,30 g/L of sodium hydroxide,40 min of leaching time,3:1 of liquid-solid ratio and 600r/min of stirring intensity,the leaching rate of antimony can reach 89.13%.The industrial application of 100 t/d is realized.The results of 21 days industrial test shows that the antimony concentrate containing 48.38%antimony,76.32%recovery,59.5 g/t gold and 34.20%gold can be obtained by flotation under the conditions of 19.39%antimony and 53.1 g/t gold.After that,the flotation tailings are electrodeposited after alkaline leaching,and the grade is96.00%,the gold content is 45.3 g/t,and the recovery rate is 87.21%.The proportion of gold in the cathode antimony is 6.70%;the antimony leaching tailings,namely the gold concentrate,contain 0.85%antimony and 45.3 g/t gold.The total recovery of antimony is 97.83%,the proportion of gold in antimony concentrate is 38.70%,and the proportion of gold in gold concentrate is 61.30%.
