The rapid development of today's world economy has led to a greater demand for corrugated boxes in the trade and transportation industry,resulting in increased requirements for the efficiency of corrugated paper production,which in turn drives the development of the entire corrugated paper production line.The corrugated paper production line includes multiple production links,among which the corrugated machine is the main link for the production of corrugated paperboard.In recent years,it has been developing in the direction of automation and multiple types.The competition has become very fierce and the equipment upgrade is rapid.Corrugated machine will be eliminated by the market due to problems such as low efficiency,large vibration noise,and severe wear of corrugated rollers.This paper combines advanced manufacturing technology at home and abroad to make appropriate structural improvements to the corrugated paper production line,and proposes a high-speed,large-width corrugated paper production line design.The position of the vibration source of the corrugated roll is lowered,the height of the outlet of the single-sided corrugated paper is reduced,the height of the entire production line is reduced,and the vibration and noise are also reduced.And molding rate.And analysis and research on the improved corrugated paper production line.First,analyze and study the movement process of the upper and lower corrugated rolls and smooth rolls in the ideal state of the existing corrugated paper production line structure,select the state of a pair of roller teeth of the upper and lower corrugated rolls meshing,and draw the meshing of the roller teeth The two-dimensional diagram of the time is used for description and theoretical calculation,and the center distance equations are derived and solved in MATLAB.The analysis found that the center distance of the upper and lower corrugating rolls is constantly changing,withperiodicity,and at the same time,with the change of speed and acceleration,the upper and lower corrugating rolls produce impact and deformation,which causes the vibration of the system.Production efficiency has an impact.Secondly,in order to further understand the movement law of corrugated rollers,this paper discusses the factors that affect the center distance of the corrugated rollers,such as speed,external pressure and the structure of the corrugated rollers,etc.,and proposes improvement measures before analyzing and studying.In this paper,the vibration model of corrugated roller mechanism is established,the differential equation is established and numerically solved,and the final center-to-center vibration equation is obtained,and the change curve of the center distance of the upper and lower corrugated rollers is analyzed.Based on the establishment of the mechanical model of the upper and lower corrugated rolls,the deflection equation of the corrugated roll is derived,and the convex curve and the high value of the corrugated roll are obtained.Based on the theoretical calculation foundation,in order to study the influence of the speed and the air pressure of the bladder on the corrugated roller,this paper combined with the simulation software,the dynamic and finite element analysis of the key components of the corrugated paper production line,first analyzed the pressure provided by the bladder cylinder and the different speed 1.The effect of the center distance of the lower corrugated roll.Then the stress,mid-convexity and axial displacement of the corrugated roller at different speeds are studied to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.In order to study the influence of the corrugated roll's own structure,the corrugated roll is modal analyzed,and the first ten natural frequencies and formation of the corrugated roll are solved.Through dynamic and finite element analysis of the corrugated roller,the vibration of the corrugated roller is reduced,which provides a theoretical basis for improving the stability of the corrugated roller rotation.
