The corrugated roll mill often vibrates due to the influence of the roll shape curve in the rolling process of composite plate.The vertical vibration of the roll system of the corrugated roll mill will affect the stability of the rolling process,as well as the surface quality and bonding strength of the composite plate,even endanger the safety of the equipment in severe cases.Which is not conducive to efficient and continuous progress of rolling production.In order to improve the rolling stability of the corrugated roll mill and improve the quality and performance of the rolled piece,the vibration characteristics of the roll system of the corrugated roll mill under the influence of nonlinear rolling force are studied in this paper,and the vertical vibration of the corrugated roll mill is simulated and tested.First of all,the nonlinear vertical vibration characteristics of the roll system of the corrugated roll mill under the influence of dynamic rolling force are studied.Based on the vertical vibration model of the roll system of the corrugated roll mill under the influence of nonlinear rolling force,the stability of the vibration system under autonomous and non-autonomous conditions is analyzed.The stability and type of each equilibrium state of the vertical vibration system of the corrugating mill roll system in autonomous conditions are determined.According to the singularity theory,the transition set and corresponding bifurcation topology map of the system in non-autonomous conditions are obtained.The amplitudefrequency characteristic equation of the nonlinear vibration model is solved by averaging method,and the influence of the changes of various nonlinear factors on the amplitude-frequency response of the roll vibration system of the corrugated roll mill is analyzed.Then,using the ABAQUS software to simulate the rolling process of the corrugated roll,the rolling force during the rolling process is analyzed.The natural frequency and the main vibration mode of the roll system of the corrugated roll mill are solved.And the ADAMS dynamics analysis software is used to analyze the vibration of the vertical system of the roll system of the corrugated roll mill,and the influence of different parameters on the vertical vibration of the corrugated roll mill is obtained.Finally,the modern test technology is used to set up a vertical vibration test system for the roll system of the corrugated roll mill,to comprehensively test the rolling process of the copper-aluminum composite plate corrugated roll,and to understand the working conditions of the corrugated roll mill at different reductions and different rolling speeds.Through data processing and analysis of the collected vibration signals,a more in-depth study of the vibration characteristics and influencing factors of the corrugating roll mill is carried out.
