Optimization Control Strategies Using EOQ Model For The Stocks In FCSL Gas Station Convenience Store

With the rapid development of convenience stores in the new retail industry in China,the increasing commodity categories of convenience stores lead to the increase of inventory management burden.Therefore,inventory management has become the most important decision for the development of convenience stores.The purpose of this paper is to improve the level of inventory management through scientific management.Therefore,it has the theoretical significance of improving the current inventory management and control of gas station convenience stores in China,as well as the application value of improving the profit space of gas stations and enhancing the brand competitiveness of convenience stores.Based on the study of domestic and foreign literature,combined with the actual inventory control problem of daily life example(FCSL gas service convenience store),this paper uses the method of empirical test and case analysis to establish the EOQ model.By studying the existing inventory management methods,we can get the relevant conclusions.The instability of supply and demand,irrationality in daily production management and the lack of systematic consideration of supply chain are the basic reasons for the serious overstock and high storage cost of convenience stores.Through empirical analysis,it is found that convenience stores have obvious deficiencies in management.Especially in the aspect of convenient store inventory management,there is no relatively scientific and reasonable management system.Therefore,ABC commodity analysis method is selected according to the case.This method is used to classify the goods in stock of the convenience store,and a batch order model is established.In the purchase of goods in the convenience store,the purchase method with the lowest cost is studied and analyzed.By comparing the data collected from the problem analysis with the traditional management mode,we can get the way to reduce the operation cost of the convenience store of fcsl gas station from the data.Not only that,in the case study of convenience stores,it is found that if the inventory management strategy of suppliers can be optimized,convenience stores can enhance cooperation among regional suppliers,and cooperate with each other in daily management and work,so as to achieve a reasonable inventory of goods in quantity and category.This can prevent extrusion and out of stock phenomenon,and then achieve the whole inventory optimization results.The focus of this paper is to solve the existing problems of FCSL gas station convenience store inventory,so the discussion is all around FCSL gas station convenience store inventory.Therefore,there are some deficiencies in the research.In particular,no in-depth analysis has been made on other problems in the supply chain of FCSL gas station convenience stores.This leads to the limitations of the research,which need to be improved in the future.
