| In recent years,climate change caused by massive emission of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide has had greater impact on human survival and development,and has become huge challenge and hot spot for people all over the world.Faced with such a huge pressure on emission reduction,energy conservation and emission reduction are an inevitable choice for China.Based on analysis of the industrial structure,energy consumption structure and carbon emission in Xi’an,this paper establishes a multiobjective optimization adjustment model of industrial structure,discusses the relationship among industrial development,energy consumption structure and carbon emission,in order to provide scientific basis for the transformation of industrial green in Xi’an.Firstly,this paper analyzed the current situation of industrial structure in Xi’an:(1)from the perspective of the change trend of Hoffman coefficient in Xi’an,the industrial structure in Xi’an is underweight;(2)from the perspective of resource intensity,the proportion of output value of Xi’an’s transportation equipment manufacturing industry,which represents the technology intensive industry,is on the rise;(3)it can be seen from the evaluation of Xi’an’s industrial industry by location quotient that the location quotient of high-tech industry represented by transportation equipment manufacturing industry has increased significantly,which shows that Xi’an is gradually developing high-tech industry in recent years.Secondly,from the perspective of carbon emissions analysis:(1)through the calculation of IPCC method,it is found that the industry with the largest carbon emissions in Xi’an is the production and supply industry of power,heat and water;(2)the mining industry has the smallest total carbon emissions and the proportion of carbon emissions is increasing;(3)the production and supply industry of power,gas and water ranks the first and grows rapidly;(4)the total carbon emission of manufacturing industry is relatively large,and it shows a trend of gradual reduction.Based on analysis of the industrial structure,carbon emission and energy consumption structure of Xi’an,considering the complexity and uncertainty factors in the industrial structure,interval full-infinite mathematical programming method and scenario analysis method are adopted.A multi-objective industrial structure optimization and adjustment model is established to study the internal optimization and adjustment of Xi’an’s industrial structure,which aims at economic growth,carbon emission,energy conservation and full employment.This model simulates the industrial structure adjustment of Xi’an in 2020 under four scenarios and eleven schemes,and makes a comparative analysis with the industrial situation of Xi’an at the end of the 12 th Five Year Plan.The first scenario is used to analyze the impact of four planning objectives in the optimization model on the adjustment of industrial structure.The second scenario is used to analyze the impact of different planning objectives on the operation results of this model.The third scenario is used to analyze the impact of energy conservation and emission reduction objectives on the industrial structure of Xi’an.Through analysis of the operation results,the industrial industry that Xi’an needs to focus on and support and the industrial industry that needs to be restricted in the future are obtained,which provides reference and suggestions for Xi’an government in formulating industrial policy and industrial structure adjustment plan. |
