Based On The Harvard Analysis Framework Financial Analysis Of Pindingshan Tianan Coal. Mining Co.Ltd.

Under the background of rapid economic development in China,the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more prominent.In recent years,in order to solve the increasingly prominent environmental problems,our government vigorously advocates energy conservation and emission reduction.In this situation,as the important customers of coal demand and environmental pollution,thermal power enterprises have become the focus of attention.The decline of the proportion of thermal power output in the total national power generation results in the decline of coal demand.At the same time,due to the slow development of downstream industries such as steel and real estate,the demand for coal is further reduced.Therefore,the market situation of coal industry is becoming more and more serious.In view of this situation,it is particularly important to strengthen the financial management of coal enterprises.In this paper,the Harvard Analysis Framework will be uesd to analyze Pingdingshan Tianan Coal.Mining Co.Ltd.to help it better cope with the current new situation.At the same time,it will provide some reference for coal enterprises with similar problems.In the process of analysis,Porter Five Forces Analysis and SWOT Analysis are used to analyze the strategy of Pingmei Co.Ltd.;project quality analysis and horizontal comparison are used to analyze the authenticity and rationality of the key accounting policies,accounting estimates and accounting items of Pingmei Co.Ltd.;ratio analysis and project quality analysis are used to analyze the financial situation of Pingmei Co.Ltd.,expanding the financial analysis method in the Harvard Analysis Framework;and foster model is used to estimate the future development of Pingmei Co.Ltd..Through the analysis,the author finds that Pingmei Co.Ltd.have the problems of low profit level,insufficient cash flow and weak solvency.However,the asset management efficiency and asset quality of Pingme Co.Ltd.are better,and the advantages of the enterprise are greater than the disadvantages,and the opportunities for external development are more than the threats.For the existing problems,the author puts forward the improvement suggestions at the present stage from the aspects of improving financial ability and future development strategy.In terms of improving the financial ability: we can reduce the cost;ensure adequate cash inflow;reduce the asset liability ratio and improve the debt financing ability;actively use the policy preference and increase the profit point to ensure the improvement of Pingmei’s financial ability.In terms of future development: we can extend the coal industry chain,product deep processing and expand the business scope to ensure the sustainable development of Pingmei Co.Ltd..
