Permeable concrete is a new type of concrete which artificially sets pores in concrete so that surface water can pass freely,so as to prevent water accumulation on the ground.The concept of sponge city has injected new vitality into the research and application of permeable concrete.The traditional concrete structure is dense,Rain Water is not easy to pass,it is easy to cause urban waterlogging in the season of heavy precipitation,at the same time,water cannot be replenished in time,resulting in the depletion of groundwater resources.In the process of preparing permeable concrete,connected pores are formed in the concrete by taking technical measures.When a large number of voids exist,the strength of concrete decreases rapidly.at the same time,because Rain Water is easy to enter the interior of concrete,the frost resistance of concrete is also seriously affected negatively.In order to make permeable concrete meet the requirements of strength and durability under the premise of containing a large number of voids,it is necessary to study the mix proportion and durability of permeable concrete.In this paper,on the basis of reading a lot of literature,starting with the pore design of concrete,the idea of mix proportion design is determined,and the design method of determining concrete mix proportion by slurry filling rate and porosity is formed.The suitable slurry content makes the permeable concrete have good working performance and the appropriate porosity ensures the permeability of the concrete.The mechanical properties of permeable concrete are affected by porosity,water-binder ratio,slurry-bone ratio and so on.In this paper,through a large number of tests,the relationship between water-cement ratio,porosity,slurry-bone ratio and strength and permeability coefficient is investigated,and the series mix proportion of concrete whose mechanical strength and permeability coefficient meet the needs of the project is determined.It is considered that the mechanical properties of permeable concrete are negatively correlated with the target porosity and water-cement ratio,but positively correlated with the curing age,the permeability coefficient of permeable concrete is positivelycorrelated with the porosity,and the permeability coefficient of permeable concrete is positively correlated with the porosity.However,the frost resisting durability of permeable concrete decreases with the increase of target porosity and water-cement ratio.In order to improve the strength of concrete under the premise of proper porosity,the preparation idea of resin reinforced permeable concrete is studied in this paper,and water-soluble resin is added to cement slurry.The mechanical properties of concrete can be greatly improved when the permeability of concrete is the same.The research results of this paper have been applied in engineering,which verifies the feasibility of the research results.
