With the increasing application of super infiltration surface,the preparation of super infiltration surface has become the focus of research.At present,there are many preparation methods for super infiltration surface at home and abroad,and they can successfully prepare super omniphobic surface which has reliable performance.However,due to the influences of surface chemicals and surface micro-topography,the super infiltration surface is extremely easy to lose effectiveness during practical application process,added to short life and high cost,which is difficult to produce on a large scale.Therefore,it is necessary to accurately assess the durability of super infiltration surface.However,at present,domestic and foreign research teams have different evaluation methods for super infiltration surface durability,no standard evaluation methods,and the evaluation methods is single.For example,many methods can only evaluate the hardness of the layer,or the wear resistance of the abrasive particles,but this cannot fully evaluate the durability of the super infiltration surface in different fields.In addition,at present,there are few studies on the methods of improving the durability of super infiltration surface.Most teams focus on finding new materials and new preparation methods.This way is undoubtedly difficult,so there is still a lack of reliable preparation methods of super infiltration surface with good durability.Based on the analysis of the reasons which the invalid of the super infiltration surface in different application fields,this dissertation summarizes five important indexes for evaluating the durability of the super infiltration surface,namely,effective thickness,hardness,surface steepness,fracture strength and adhesion.Combined with the durability evaluation index of super infiltration surface,the durability evaluation system is established: the influence weight of each evaluation index is established;the value of each evaluation index is measured by standard method;the durability coefficient calculation model is defined as the comprehensive durability evaluation index.The calculation principle and method of evaluation index weight vector are given by this dissertation.Subsequently,the influence factors of these evaluation indexes in the specific preparation methods are analyzed,such as the amount and volume of materials,pretreatment time,preparation process parameters,etc.The influence factors that can be quantified in the preparation process are called control parameters,and the control parameters are taken as the research focus to improve the durability of super infiltration surface.The functional relationship between the evaluation index of super infiltration surface durability and the control parameters in the preparation process is established,so as to solve the optimal solution of the evaluation index and the value of the corresponding control parameters.The evaluation system was used to evaluate the durability of super infiltration surface in the field of oil-water separation.Firstly,the weight distribution is carried out for the importance of the evaluation index in the application field.Combined with the functional relationship between the evaluation index and the control parameter,the durability coefficient is comprehensively solved,and the maximum value of the durability coefficient and the corresponding value of the control parameter are obtained,which is called the optimal solution.Thus,the method to improve the durability of super infiltration surface is obtained.Combined with the optimal solution of the control parameters,and through the spray simulation experiment to prepare the super infiltration surface coating,it is verified that the durability of the super infiltration surface prepared under the optimal control parameters is good,and it is consistent with the prediction conclusion,which proves the reliability of the evaluation system.
