Super-hydrophilic materials have extreme wetting properties and have received more and more attention and research.The currently accepted super-hydrophilic surface is a surface with a static water contact angle of less than 5 °,but this definition has not been fully accepted.Superhydrophilic materials are widely used in the fields of environment,biomedicine and life.Super hydrophilic materials are excellent in sewage treatment,rain and fog prevention,etc.,which greatly facilitates people’s production and life.However,there are still many shortcomings of superhydrophilic materials,such as high preparation cost,easy surface degradation and short service life.In this paper,the roughened PET surface was prepared by mechanical polishing.The morphology,composition and texture of the prepared surface were evaluated by field emission scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and contact angle measuring instrument.Characterization analysis of wet performance showed that no chemical changes occurred on the prepared surface,only the roughness increased and the static water contact angle increased.Then we designed immersion experiments,spray experiments,anti-fog experiments,water droplet impact experiments,water droplet sliding experiments and other methods to test the dynamic water contact performance of the prepared surface.In order to further verify the performance of this surface,we spray-coated a super-hydrophilic coating on the prepared surface.After the rain impact test,we found that the roughened superhydrophilic surface exhibited excellent durability,indicating that the roughening treatment method greatly improved the performance of the superhydrophilic coating.Through the above experiments,we conclude:1)We refer to surfaces are called dynamic super hydrophilic surfaces that exhibit static water contact as hydrophilic,and surfaces that appear super hydrophilic under dynamic water contact;2)The roughening treatment method can make the surface of organic matter obtain dynamic super hydrophilic property;3)Roughening the surface of organic matter can improve the hydrophilicity,water resistance and service life of the super hydrophilic coating.
