Mine fire is one of the five disasters in mine,the hot smoke will change the ventilation of the mine during a fire accident.The high-temperature toxic and harmful smoke from the fire will threaten the lives of the people in the adjacent roadways and even the whole mine.Transport laneways are long and contain lots of combustibles,harmful smoke continue to spread and affect the ventilation of surrounding roadways and even the entire mine,so it is of great significance to study the development law of fire smoke in the conveyor tunnel for dealing with mine conveyor tunnel fire.In view of the T3290 belt transportation roadway of TANG SHAN mine,the main method is to introduce the smoke into the special return air roadway.In order to determine the sensor installation location,the actual size model of the belt lane is established by numerical simulation method,and the heat release rate curve is determined by cone calorimetry experiment for coal and PVC tape.Finally,FDS is used to simulate the fire smoke flow process according to the T3290 roadway.Conclusion: At a wind speed of 12m3/s,the fire smoke reverses more than 28 m.When CO diffuses to the leeward side,CO is detected at the height of 3.1 ? 3.3m;The distribution of CO on the cross section is affected by the fire source in the early stage of combustion.The concentration on the top of the roadway opposite the belt conveyor is significantly faster.As the distance increases,CO gathers on the top of the entire roadway;After a certain time of fire development,CO gathers along the top of the roadway on the cross section.Therefore,CO sensor in the drainage system is placed on the top of the roadway on the other side of the cross-section relative to the belt conveyor,about 15 cm away from the top of the roadway.In order to ensure the safety and efficiency of the air current drainage device,PLC is used to control the air flow automatically with two rolling curtains in the return air lane,and a remote monitoring system is designed to facilitate mine workers to carry out control.Figure 40;Table 5;Reference 56...
