In the main drive system of the rolling mill,the control system of a single motor dragging two rolls will affect the production efficiency,and a multi-motor synchronous control system needs to be introduced.In the design of a multi-motor synchronous control system,a cross-coupled synchronous control structure is selected,and a load balance controller was designed to investigate the influence of the load balance controller on the speed synchronization control effect in the roll rigid connection system and the roll elastic connection system.In order to solve the problem of load disturbance affects motor speed,a single neuron adaptive PID load balance controller was designed in the rigid connection system,and a load observer and an extended state observer were constructed.The roll speed difference observed by the observer was taken as the input of the load balance controller.The simulation results show that compared with the system with load observer,the response speed of the system with extended state observer is faster and the peak value of synchronization error is reduced by 30% after being disturbed by rolling.The robustness of the system is effectively enhanced when the parameters change.In the elastic connection system,a fuzzy PID load balance controller was designed,and the two factors of the system drive shaft torque difference and roll speed difference were used as the input of the load balance controller.Simulation results show compared with the single factor input of speed difference,the overshoot and synchronization error of the two-factor input synchronous control system are reduced by 17% and 38.2%.In order to improve the synchronization control accuracy of the elastic connection system further,based on two input factors,a BP neural network PID load balance controller was designed and compared with the fuzzy PID load balance controller.Simulation results show that the overshoot of the BP neural network PID load balance controller system is reduced by 15%,and the synchronization error is reduced by 21.8%.Figure 39;Table 5;Reference 55...
