Aluminum foil material is the important foundation of national economicdevelopment, has a strong demand in market. In the aluminum foil production, one motorcan’t meet the needs of modern high-tech development. Multi-motor synchronizationcontrol system has been widely used. Multi-motor drive system has better dynamic andstatic performance, which guarantees the synchronization control System Coordinateoperation, is extremely important in the production. So multi motor drive system’ssynchronous coordinate control is an important issue in the field of motion controlresearch, has very important practical significance and application value.Firstly, through the analysis of rolling mill drive system, design the connectingmethod of motor and the roll drive mode. Power requirements is growing for thecontinuous development of the mill drives, designing multiple motors coaxial connectionstring and then drive a single roller drive, this drive way be able to increase thetransmission power and reduce the moment of inertia, the load of motor’s shaft and otheradvantages.Then, the control requirements of the rolls separate drive motor in the practicalapplication of the upper and lower rollers is higher, if the motor of the upper and lowerrolls is load imbalance, the problem of the relative sliding movement between the workroll and the strip will appear to have an impact on product quality. Design a load balanceadjustor on the upper and lower work rolls motor control, to ensure the same time equal tothe output torque.Finally, to ensure the accuracy of upper and lower roll motor load balance, throughwhich measure the actual load torque as the load balance adjustor input, greatly improvedthe control precision. The actual load of the rolls is a nonlinear change in real time, thePID parameters the localized optimization value, not a global optimal value, control isdifficult to maintain the non-linear performance indicators, the motor speed fluctuationsgreat. Combined various factors this article use the improved single neuron adaptive PIDcontrol algorithm, its structure is relatively simple, has a strong adaptability to environmental change, and has strong robustness, can further improve the system dynamicand static performance. This designed method of load balance adjustor, can make the rollmore stable work.
