| Construction elevator is an indispensable vertical transportation tool in modern construction,and the anti-falling safety device is an important safety protection device of it.Anti-falling safety device can stop the construction elevator when the elevator is out of control.In order to ensure the safety and stability of the construction site environment,it is necessary to monitor the operation status of the construction elevator in real time,and regularly test the performance of the anti-fall safety device.This dissertation took gear hoisting construction elevator and SAJ30 / 40 gear progressive anti-falling safety device as the research object,adopted IOT to design and develop a detection system.The system includes a sensor subsystem,a detection terminal,a server,and a data query client.The sensor subsystem is composed of an incremental rotary encoder,an acceleration sensor and a barometric altimeter,to measure the speed,lifted height,acceleration and inclination angle data.After receiving and processing he measurement data of the sensor subsystem,the detection terminals which is transplanted with Free RTOS and Android 6.0 embedded operating system saves this data locally and upload it to the server by 4G or Wi Fi.The server realized the online management of the detection terminals and the data query client through the network;the detection data was efficiently and uniformly stored in the My SQL database.The data query client remotely accessed the server through the network,to realize the realtime monitoring of the operating status of the construction elevator and the remote query of the working performance of the construction elevator safety device.The field experimental results showed that the system could accurately measure the operating conditions of the construction elevator and the performance of the anti-falling safety device.The network test results showed that the detection system run stably,realized remote real-time monitoring of construction elevators and remote detection of the performance of anti-fall safety devices,and efficient and unified management of the detection data.The development of this system provided new ideas for the management of construction elevators and improved the detection efficiency of anti-fall safety devices. |
