With the continuous progress of photonics research and the continuous development of information and communication technology,photonic glass has gradually become an important engineering application material,which plays an important role in the fields of optical communication,optical conversion,optical transmission and so on.Photonic glass is generally made up of substrate glass and the dopant,of which the properties can be adjusted effectively by changing the composition of the substrate glass matrix,the type and concentration of the dopant,so as to meet the requirements for different applications.Accordingly,this thesis has done the following works:1.For solar-blind ultraviolet down conversion detection,a new type Sn2+doped fluoro-silicate base photonic glass SFS was prepared by introducing calcium fluoride and sodium fluoride into the traditional soda-lime glass matrix.The emission spectrum of SFS glass covers the whole visible light region,with a quantum efficiency of 85%and a lifetime of only 5.65μs.Efficient solar blind ultraviolet detection is successfully realized by assembling SFS glass and the PIN photodiode,the output current is 8 times higher than that of direct ultraviolet detection.2.To meet the requirements for single component broad-spectrum white light emission,the luminescence behavior of Sb3+in fluorophosphate glass and fluosilicate glass was studied.Sb3+single doped glasses show broad spectral emission excluding a weak red emission,so Sb3+and Mn2+co-doped glasses were subsequently fabricated.Two kinds of photonic glasses,FSM and SSM,with continuous broad spectrum are obtained.Because of the energy transfer between Sb3+and Mn2+,the luminescence of FSM and SSM are greatly enhanced in the red region,the CIE color coordinates are(0.339,0.322)and(0.291,0.294),and the color rendering indexes are 89.5%and 91.7%,respectively.3.A series of Cs Pb Br3 quantum dots composite photonic glasses were prepared by melt quenching and heat treatment method for the application of wide color gamut devices.The effects of heat treatment temperature and time on the spectral and structural properties of the phosphor were studied by means of thermal analysis,X-ray diffraction and spectral analysis.A green phosphor with color purity up to 94%was obtained,and of which the fluorescence intensity decreases less than 10%even being stored in air for 30 days.
