| Horizontal wells have higher oil production index,lower production pressure difference and longer water-free oil recovery period than vertical wells,and can increase the drainage area of the production layer.The development of horizontal well technology has brought enormous economic benefits while increasing production capacity.However,with the deepening of oil exploitation,the drawbacks of horizontal wells have gradually emerged.At present,the widely used slotted screen completion method has encountered many problems in actual production,especially with the increase of mining depth and the high temperature environment(over 100 °C)of certain specific well conditions.Therefore,the preparation of high temperature resistant annulus chemical packing materials has urgent practical needs and broad application prospects.According to the needs of the project,based on the previous theoretical research,this paper adopts the method of compounding and optimizing different related organic and inorganic materials,and finally develops a high temperature resistance of 120 °C and a certain downhole pressure bearing capacity(2Mpa/m).And the controllable gelation time(40min-120min)ACP(screen horizontal well completion annulus chemical seal)material,and analyzed the change of gelation time of the system under different temperature and pressure conditions.In addition,through high temperature and high pressure thickening instrument,plugging simulation device,gravity collapse experiment,low temperature stirring experiment at room temperature,etc.respectively,the system high temperature temperature resistance,downhole pressure bearing capacity,annulus anti-gravity collapse ability,room temperature anti-short-term thickening ability Evaluation.Therefore,it provides theoretical support for the on-site application of horizontal well completion flow control water ring chemical sealing materials under high temperature well conditions,and finally achieves the purpose of improving oil recovery. |
