The active component in coking coal is the key component to form a plastic phase(metaplast),and the quality of metaplast can directly affect the quality of coke.Therefore,it is of important significance for understanding coking mechanism and coke quality to study the interaction between active components.Four groups of coals with similar metamorphic degree are selected in the experiment,which are gas coals(YZ and HR),fat coals(TS and EW),coking coals(SK and FS)and lean coals(LA and KT).The vitrinite of the four groups of coal is enriched respectively,and the vitrinites with similar metamorphic degree are mixed in the proportion of 0:1,1:3,1:1,3:1 and 1:0 to prepare cokes.The interaction between the active components is recognized from the gasification reactivity of coke,and proved from the microstructure of coke by means of XRD and SEM.The results show that the actual values of gasification reaction parameters of vitrinites with two similar metamorphic degrees are different from the theoretical values according to different ratios,and it is found that there is interaction between vitrinites and the lattice structure of the corresponding coke is more stable.Based on the difference of gasification reaction activity,the interaction factors are proposed to quantitatively analyze the interaction strength,and the interaction factors of gas coal group,fat coal group,coking coal group and lean coal group are 4.8%,6.1%,2.5% and 1.6%,respectively.The interaction factors increase first and then decrease with the increase of metamorphic degree.When the interaction factor is positive,the larger the value,the stronger the interaction of vitrinite in the process of focusing.After adding inert component,the interaction factors of gas coal group,fat coal group,coking coal group and lean coal group are-2.1%,2.9%,-1.0% and-5.0%,respectively.With the increase of metamorphic degree,the interaction factors also increase first and then decrease,and when the interaction factor is negative,the smaller the value,the stronger the inhibitory effect of vitrinite in the coking process.Figure 60;Table 18;Reference 65...
