As one of the typical “three high” industry representatives,with the rapid economic development,the industry is gradually upgraded,the environmental problems such as “haze” and “water pollution” are intensified,and the awareness of human environmental protection is enhanced.Achieving green transformation in high-pollution industries has become the focus of the party and the people.China's steel industry currently consumes a large amount of production capacity,lacks key technologies,and lacks long-term innovation power.Iron and steel companies rely on large-scale material resource consumption and scale expansion to improve productivity Regarding the current situation,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China stated in June 2018 that it must be deeply aware of the current environmental pollution situation,increase the protection of the ecological environment,and accelerate the construction of ecological civilization.Under this background,it is necessary to construct a reasonable and effective green technology innovation evaluation system for listed iron and steel enterprises,which plays a major role in achieving the development of green ecological civilization.This article first summarizes the theoretical basis of existing green technology innovation,summarizes the definition of green technology innovation,the influencing factors,and the research status of green technology innovation performance.Focus on economic and environmental performance,as well as the lack of indicators and rationality.This paper builds a green technology innovation performance evaluation system from four dimensions of economic performance,innovation performance,social performance and environmental performance.It selects the research results of a large number of scholars on the index selection and combines the requirements of index selection to initially select the evaluation model.Secondly,this paper collects data from the public statements of listed steel companies,and uses the grey correlation method to deal with the repetitive and cross-cutting issues between the indicators,and obtains 12 specific green technology innovation performance indicators.Next,this paper uses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and improved entropy method to construct the index weights of the evaluation model.In order to reduce the subjectivity of experts as much as possible,this article has blurred the scores of experts and reduced the data by using improved entropy method.The weight deviation caused by the volatility of the company has constructed a green technology innovation performance evaluation model for listed steel companies.Finally,based on the comprehensive index method and the constructed evaluation model,the strength of green technology innovation performance of listed steel companies from 2016 to 2019 is empirically analyzed,and the results are analyzed and recommendations are made from strategies and specific policies to accelerate steel The industry's green transformation provides a reference.
