In recent years,with the steady growth of the national economy and the rapid development of the logistics industry,at the same time,the environmental pollution and resource waste caused by logistics development are increasingly intensified.Green logistics conforms to the direction of social development and becomes a logistics under the background of energy saving and emission reduction.The inevitable development trend of the industry.Based on the regional logistics theory,green logistics theory and performance evaluation method,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting green logistics,builds a regional green logistics performance evaluation index system,combines the weights of the indicators through the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy method,and uses gray correlation The degree model carries out empirical research on the performance level of green logistics in Shandong Province and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.The main work includes:(1)Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of green logistics combined with the actual situation of the current green logistics development,the indicators are selected from the four aspects of green logistics economic conditions,green logistics basic capabilities,green logistics environmental friendliness and green logistics development potential to build regional green The logistics performance evaluation index system explains and explains each index.According to the characteristics of the index system,the combined weighting method combining the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy value method is introduced.The combination of subjective and objective makes the weight more reasonable and scientific.At the same time,it introduces the grey correlation model and builds a regional green logistics performance evaluation model.(2)Take Shandong Province as an example to validate the evaluation system from the time dimension and the spatial dimension,and compare the green logistics performance level of Shandong Province as a whole and each criterion level from 2008 to 2018.The analysis found that the performance of green logistics in Shandong Province has steadily increased,The development trend is good;horizontally compare the overall performance of green logistics in Shandong Province and its six neighboring provinces in 2018,and the green logistics performance of Shandong Province ranks third among the seven provinces,lower than Zhejiang Province and Jiangsu Province;further comparison The difference between the performance of green logistics in Shandong Province,Zhejiang Province and Jiangsu Province,and analysis of the reasons for the differences between the provinces,provide new ideas for the development of green logistics and the construction of ecological civilization in Shandong Province and other regions.(3)For the analysis of index weights and evaluation results,from strengthening the government's macro guidance,optimizing green logistics policies and regulations;improving logistics infrastructure and promoting the green development of regional logistics;enhancing the green capabilities of logistics enterprises,enhancing public environmental awareness;and innovating regional logistics technologies,Cultivating green logistics talents and other aspects put forward strategic suggestions to provide theoretical support for promoting the development of regional green logistics.
