The thin coal seam shearer working under the condition of containing gangue coal rock will have a strong mechanical transformation with the gangue coal rock,and the offset it suffers has the characteristics of time-varying,impact and non-linearity,resulting in impact.It is easy to cause strong vibration of the shearing part of the shearer and affect the reliability of the shearer's work.Taking the cutting part of MG2×55/250-BW thin seam shearer as the engineering object,its three-dimensional solid model is established through Pro/E software and imported into the dynamic simulation software ADAMS to apply constraints,driving,etc.;The 17-story coal of the Group was used as a prototype,and the coal wall space with gangue was established in EDEM.The shearer screw drum of ADAMS was imported into the discrete element software EDEM to complete the spatial coupling with the coal wall with gangue;Based on EDEM-ADAMS Two-way coupling principle,using the EAlink software to build the connection of the two-way coupling model of the spiral drum cutting coal wall with gangue,by changing the shearer traction speed,spiral drum speed,cutting depth parameters to study the shearer helical drum cutting with gangue coal Load fluctuations during the rock process.The results show that the average value of the combined force of the spiral drum increases with the increase of the shearer traction speed,decreases with the increase of the drum speed,and increases with the increase of the drum depth;The cutting resistance of the spiral drum is greater than its the traction resistance suffered by the screw drum is the smallest lateral force;When the shearing speed of the shearer is 5m/min,the drum speed is 95r/min,and the drum depth is 540mm,the load fluctuation is the smallest,and the load fluctuation coefficient is 0.3008,Under this condition,the shearer works most smoothly;when the shearing speed of the shearer is 7m/min,the drum speed is 85r/min,and the drum depth is 540mm,the load fluctuation is the largest,and the load fluctuation coefficient is 0.3408.This working condition is used as the original working condition for studying the vibration characteristics of the shearing section of the shearer.Based on the results of bidirectional coupling simulation,the forced vibration of shearer cutting part is analyzed by using ADAMS/vibration module.The results show that:when the frequency is 70.09hz,the vibration acceleration of shearer drum mass center in cutting resistance direction reaches the peak value,which is 614.306 mm/s~2;When the frequency is 137.29hz,the displacement frequency response value of the body center of the rocker arm shell reaches the maximum value of 21.1d B;The vibration acceleration of the body center of the rocker arm shell in the cutting resistance direction is greater than that in the traction resistance direction and the lateral force direction;When the cutting part system is in the 17th order mode,the system modal frequency is 71.5hz,under this mode,the extension end of the rocker arm shell has large torsion;The deformation is caused by the large load when the extended end is connected with the spiral drum of working mechanism;The modal frequencies of the shearer cutting part system are far away from the excitation frequency,and resonance will not occur.The paper has 50 pictures,11 tables and 79 references.
