The impact load sustained by the cutting section of the shearer has the characteristics of dynamic and unstable.The dynamic reliability of the cutting part not only determines the working performance of the shearer itself,but also is closely related to the life of the whole machine.The working environment of the planetary mechanism in the cutting part of the shearer is bad,the impact load is large and the internal lubrication condition is complicated.To calculate the dynamic characteristics of the planetary mechanism more accurately,this paper takes the MG400/951 WD shearer as the engineering object,through the 3D modeling software Pro/E establishes the 3D assembly model of the shearer’s whole machine and introduces it into the ADAMS.The load file is compiled and loaded according to the coal seam occurrence,-body dynamics simulation of the shearer is carried out,and the dynamic load of the sun wheel is analyzed and the corresponding output is carried out Load file.this paper uses a smooth particle hydrodynamic(Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics,SPH)method based on ABAQUS to analyze the flow-solid coupling of the planetary mechanism of shearer cutting section.the lubricating oil entity is modeled and converted into fine particles.the nonlinear gear meshing dynamic analysis is carried out by using the ABAQUS display kinetic solver.the fluid field stress cloud diagram of solar wheel,planetary wheel and gear ring and the curve of wheel and gear ring are obtained respectively.Considering the different conditions of transmission of planetary mechanism,different lubrication is simulated The dynamic characteristics of solar wheel,planetary wheel and gear ring under the condition of oil number,oil temperature and oil supply,the stress cloud diagram and acceleration-time curve of the parts under different working conditions are obtained,the lubricating oil grade with the best lubricating effect is found,and the dynamic law of dynamic characteristics of planetary mechanism under different factors is found.This paper provides a new idea for the dynamic characteristics analysis of mechanical equipment,provides a reference for the flow-solid coupling analysis of equipment,and verifies that the non-grid characteristics of oil and liquid have natural advantages over the traditional dynamic analysis method,and can be widely used in the dynamic research of key structural parts of industrial and mining equipment.The paper has 73 pictures,5 tables and 72 references.
