As the current CAE technology is mostly limited to single in the environment, a lot of human and financial resources are wasted in small and medium-sized province enterprise which product mining machinery equipment. So that, it is necessary to propose the CAE technology service system of the mining machinery based on network environment. In this way, the CAE resources sharing will be realized. Normal operation of shearer cutting part ensures the efficiency of shearer, and CAE analysis of critical parts in cutting parts is the basis of and the designing.Based on the Requirements of CAE technical resources in small and medium-sized province enterprise which product mining machinery equipment, the article construct a basic framework of remote CAE system which is based on ASP.net, while ANSYS as an analytical tool. Its basic function-- download modification, load parameter model modification, the result query etc--has been achieved. The basic framework also provides the knowledge browsing inquires of material, design, etc, which is the basis of users’ designs. Shearer Drum Remote Selection System is constructed, so as to calculate the main parameters of shearer and realize the selection of shearer. Lots of examples have been used to confirm the viability of this system. The Completing of cutting unit CAE analysis and the APDL analysis command stream which programmed on the cutting unit transmission system gear and adjustment cylinder, has provided the model database for the CAE analysis system of shearer cutting unit key components based on WEB. By further studying, the remote CAE analysis system, which can be applied to any of the parts, has been developed. According to the specific examples, the feasibility and practicability of the system have been confirmed.
