| The natural gas transmission station is an important part of the natural gas transmission and distribution system, and has the functions of receiving natural gas, regulating pressure, storing and distributing, distributing and receiving the pig.As people use natural gas more and more widely, natural gas transmission stations become an important guarantee for the safe transportation of natural gas.Due to the large number of equipment in the natural gas transmission station and the complicated process,it is necessary to carry out strength analysis on the key equipment in the station to ensure the safe operation of the natural gas transmission station. This paper analyzes the risk factors of natural gas transmission stations and the failure modes and causes of key equipment in the station, and finds that the process pipelines and three-phase filter separators are affected by corrosion damage. In order to study the stress of the process pipeline, this paper selects the entrance area and the pressure regulating area as the research object according to the process flow of BIJIGUAN terminal station, establishes the finite element model of the process pipeline in the station, and analyzes the force under the internal pressure load and the temperature load.During the analysis process, the process pipeline suspended in the natural gas transmission station is obviously affected by the bending moment. In this paper, the effects that axial length, circumferential width and corrosion depth of pipeline corrosion have on the maximum equivalent stress of the pipeline are studied under the combined action of internal pressure load and bending moment load.In order to study the corrosion damage of the three-phase filter separator, the stress distribution of the three-phase filter separator is theoretically analyzed, and the finite element method is used to calculate it.Then, the influence of the corrosion defect position and corrosion defect parameters on the maximum permissible operating pressure of the three-phase filter separator is analyzed. |
