| With the adjustment of the national energy structure,the natural gas industry is experiencing a leap-forward development.In recent years,natural gas pipeline transportation companies have continued to grow and develop under unprecedented historical opportunities.At the same time,large-scale business expansion and industry transformation have occurred simultaneously,and the contradiction between supply and demand of pipeline transportation talents has become increasingly prominent.As a leading company in the pipeline industry,XQ’s existing traditional training system is increasingly unsuitable for the needs of change,and it is necessary to make changes to support the company’s strategy and development.This thesis adopts post analysis method,behavioral event interview method and Delphi method to propose a corresponding improvement plan for XQ company’s training system from the perspective of post competency model.Firstly,combined with the results of the questionnaire and the author’s work experience,the problems existing in the current XQ company training system are analyzed.Secondly,some typical positions of XQ company are selected through post analysis and behavioral event interviews,and the competency model is initially established.Finally,based on the established competency model,a multi-faceted improvement program is proposed for the training system.Based on the original training system,a training system based on the competency model is optimized.Through the research in this thesis,four results as below are obtained: the relationship between the clear competency model and the training work,the direction of the optimization of the training system based on the competency model,the preliminary construction of the typical post competency model and the optimization plan of the employee training system.XQ’s training system is representative of the industry.The research results of this thesis can be replicated and promoted in the industry,so that the training work of the enterprise and even the human resources work can better support the realization of the company’s strategic goals.At the same time,it also has a strong reference for the optimization path of the training system in other types of enterprises. |
