| With the normalization trend of my country’s economic development,the competition faced by the engineering construction industry has become increasingly fierce.Project managers are playing an increasingly important role in the development of engineering construction enterprises,and their competence qualities are the prerequisite for their role.The D oil field where DQOE is located is currently facing economic slowdowns,long-term oil prices at mid-to-low levels,declining production,and enterprises urgently in need of transformation and upgrading.At the same time,DQOE itself also has the problem of irrational human resource structure and shortage of excellent project managers.Practice has shown that constructing a project manager competency model based on actual conditions and optimizing the project manager training sy stem can solve the problem of talent shortage.This article first reviews the research results of domestic and foreign scholars in the competency model and employee training system,and then summarizes the main content and research methods of the research and combs the relevant theories of the competency model and employee training theories,laying a foundation for the following content Theoretical basis.Secondly,it conducted an in-depth study on the training status of DQOE company project managers.After analyzing the status of DQOE company and its project manager training,it was found that DQOE company’s project manager training has unequal distribution of training opportunities,a single training form,and the theory and practice are out of touch.Unre asonable program design,insufficient training demand analysis,and lack of guidance on job competence in the training system design.Later,with the help of competency theory,behavioral event interview method,and questionnaire survey method,the project manager competency model of DQOE company was constructed.Finally,based on the constructed DQOE company’s project manager competency model,DQOE’s existing project manager training system is optimized. |
