With the development of the oil and gas industry and the increasing demand for energy in the world,the difficulty in the exploration and development of oil and gas resources is increasing.Deep wells,ultra-deep wells and unconventional energy have become the key directions for oil and gas development.During drilling operations,heat exchange occurs between the various media in the wellbore.In deep wells and unconventional energy sources,the effects of wellbore temperature on drilling and completion have become more prominent.Accurate prediction of the temperature field helps to determine the drilling fluid system reasonably,determine the construction process,and preferably equipment such as drill bits and measuring tools.Therefore,accurately predicting the temperature field distribution of the wellbore and analyzing the influencing factors of the wellbore temperature field are of great significance for achieving safe and rapid drilling.In this paper,the drilling wellbore temperature field model is optimized based on the different thermophysical properties of the drilling fluid inside and outside the drill string,the heat source term and the convective heat transfer coefficient calculation accuracy,and the field measured data is used for verification.The drilling wellbore is developed by C#.NET.Temperature field simulation software;sensitivity analysis was carried out for the main influencing factors of the wellbore temperature field(thermal conductivity of each medium,physical properties of drilling fluid,cyclic displacement,etc.).
