With the improvement of the freight train in the aspect of transport ability and transport capacity,there are higher requirements for the safety monitor system of the freight train,the traditional train safety monitor system has been unable to meet the more stringent use requirement,it is urgent that a well-developed system should be made to solve the brake problem frequently occurred during the operation process through confirming the fault location and clear the fault,and clearing the fault.Pressure sensor is used to monitor the pressure data of each point of location,it is needed to develop power supply system on boarding the train because no power on freight train,so that the system can work perfectly and independently.This thesis uses the piezoelectric theory to power the system,focus on the research of cantilever beam piezoelectric energy harvesting system,the result shows that it can meet the requirement of the monitor system needed,the detailed job content is shown as below:(1)Analysis the output volt and inherent frequency variation trend when there is only one variable in the single piezoelectrical chip.(2)Analysis the output volt and inherent frequency variation trend when there is two variables,plot the curve of inherent frequency,discuss the influence of each variable.(3)Analysis the response of double chips,compare the result of double chips and single chips,shows the result of two connection ways of double chips in series and in parallel respectively.The result shows double chips can increase the power sharply.(4)Adopt the vertical acceleration data of the train,using transient analysis to get the response result,showing that the output voltage can meet the requirement in some condition.(5)Analysis the theory of rectification and voltage-stabilized,compare the features of the energy management chips,select the ideal energy management chips.(6)In order to get wider frequency response band,analysis different groups of piezoelectric chips which connected in series,analysis and calculate ten groups of permutation and combination ways,determined the best configuration finally.
