As China's urbanization speeds up,new construction,reconstruction,reconstruction and expansion of projects have generated a large amount of construction waste,which puts higher requirements on the control of construction waste.How to control construction waste more efficiently? How to choose the transportation path to ensure safety and not make the transportation cost too high? What kind of behavior does the muck trucks transporting construction waste have? These problems are closely related to the control of construction waste.At present,the controls of construction waste are mainly to control a certain process of construction waste generation,transportation or resource utilization,whose control efficiency is low.A small amount of controls connect the whole process of construction waste by paper bills.However,paper bills have the disadvantages such as storage space occupation,time-consuming and laborious to check and transmit,easy to be polluted or damaged.The control of electronic bills throughout the construction waste process connects and electronically control the whole process of construction waste,which has very important theoretical significance and practical value.This paper systematically elaborates the control of electronic bills throughout the construction waste process and researches three key issues.In order to select the optimal path from the declaration paths,this article takes the transportation risk and the transportation cost as the starting point,selects the population density,the volume of the muck trucks,the length of the one-way lane,the relative length of the path,the average speed of the path and construct path evaluation model based on Analytic Hierarchy Process about muck trucks,and selects three declaration paths in Shenzhen for example analysis,which verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the muck truck path evaluation model.This part lays a solid foundation for the efficient implementation of the control of electronic bills throughout the construction waste process.In order to explore the rule for the generation of electronic bills,this paper builds a model for generating electronic bills based on logistic regression.First,7 factors that affect whether the electronic bills are generated are defined and analyzed.Chi-square test method is used to analyze the correlation between the influencing factors and whether the electronic bills are generated,and 5 influencing factors that are significantly related to whether the electronic bills are generated——muck truck declaration status,entry and exit load status,load status in the nodes,box opening behavior,speed status,are selected.They are converted into 13 dummy variables as the input of the model.The output of the model is whether the electronic bills are generated.Afterwards,an electronic bill generation model is established based on logistic regression,coefficients are estimated using maximum likelihood method,and significance test of regression coefficients and regression equation fitting goodness test are performed on the model.In the end,the electronic bill generation model with model accuracy rate,electronic bill generation rate and electronic bill correct rate higher than 80% is laid,which lays a solid foundation for the efficient control of electronic bills.This article exploring the rule for the generation of electronic bills in the field of construction waste control,not only solves the problems in engineering practice,but also has important reference significance for the rule of electronic bills generation in the control of construction waste and other fields.This article studies the behaviors of the muck trucks.Behavior indicators including start working time of the muck trucks,the end working time of the muck trucks,the working time of the muck trucks,the length of time the muck trucks stay in the source,and the muck trucks stay in the disposal field are analyzed.Research shows that the time when the muck trucks start to work is mainly concentrates at 5: 00 ? 10: 00 and 18:00 ? 21: 00;the time when the muck trucks end working is mainly concentrates at 5: 45? 6: 00 and 11:45 ? 12: 00;most of the muck trucks work between 10:00?12:00 and20:00?24:00;the length of the muck trucks stay in the source is subject to a negative exponential distribution with a parameter of 49.2360;The length of the muck trucks stay in the disposal field follows a negative exponential distribution with a parameter of130.1280.Carry out goodness-of-fit test and effect evaluation on the fitted probability density functions.The fitted probability density functions can better reflect the behavior of the muck trucks,and have good accuracy and practicality.
