Research And Implementation Of Sewage Treatment Automatic Control System

With the aggravation of water resource crisis and the deterioration of water environment quality,it is very important for iron and steel enterprises with large water users to treat wastewater and turn it into available water source.According to the current situation of water consumption in China' s iron and steel enterprises,the average new water consumption per ton of steel is15.76 cubic meters,more than five times that of developed countries.The recovery and utilization of wastewater in domestic iron and steel enterprises are far from enough and have great potential.How to improve the recycling utilization rate of wastewater,minimize the consumption of new water resources and improve the shortage of water resources has gradually become an important constraint for the sustainable development of iron and steel industry.Based on the background of the advanced treatment system of the sewage treatment center of Baotou Steel Power Supply Plant,this paper introduces in detail the technological process of the advanced treatment system of industrial sewage,with emphasis on the function and characteristics of the dual-membrane treatment technology in the sewage treatment system,including the structure design of the control system,the selection and configuration of the controller hardware,the design of the control program and the design of the upper monitoring software,etc.? At the same time,this paper also elaborates in detail the determination of Baotou Iron and Steel Group Company on wastewater treatment and environmental protection awareness,as well as the overall design ideas of wastewater treatment control system,including the design of PLC automatic control system for wastewater treatment systems such as ultrafiltration system,reverse osmosis system,the selection of hardware,the design of monitoring system,etc.The automatic control system of sewage treatment process discussed in this paper has been put into use in 2013.It has advanced functions,high reliability,stable operation and friendly interface,which ensures the normal operation of sewage treatment process.
