With national environmental calls on the rise,"zero discharge,internal circulation" has led to a surge in the amount of waste water to be treated by Sewage Treatment.At present,in order to adapt to the developing economy,the requirement of high efficiency and low cost for sewage treatment is put forward,while the traditional Sewage Treatment technology uses manual control to treat,its sewage treatment efficiency is far below the required target,and the cost is higher than expected.Therefore,it is very important to design a sewage treatment system with high efficiency and low cost.Based on the project background of the Phase III coal terminal of Qinhuangdao port,this paper is familiar with the basic process flow of sewage treatment in the project,and improves the control system of sewage treatment combined with the advanced research results of today’s society,the automatic control of sewage treatment system is realized.First of all,according to the research status of sewage treatment technology analysis,to understand the development of sewage treatment technology in today’s society,initially determine the research direction.At the same time,a brief introduction is given to the third-phase coal sprinkler system in Qinhuangdao port,on the basis of which,the control system in the project is improved and optimized to improve the performance of wastewater treatment.Then,the paper analyzes the process flow of the traditional wastewater treatment technology and the requirements of the design.In order to achieve better stage-by-stage control,the multi-layer control sewage treatment control system is selected.The control system is composed of the grid machine start-stop control subsystem,the pump room diving control subsystem and the Aeration Grit Chamber control subsystem.The staged control does not mean the complete independence of each stage,but the independence of each other.It also has a good effect on improving the stability of the system.Secondly,in order to achieve better control function,we need to rely on excellent performance of hardware equipment,so hardware design is the basis of excellent performance of control system.Based on the practical engineering requirements and design theory of sewage treatment system,the electrical parameters of the control system are calculated and optimized.The type selection of instruments is also an important factor affecting the accuracy of the control system,this paper introduces the selection of PLC and auxiliary instrument equipment in detail,and lists some PLC input and output point tables.Finally,the combination of hardware and software can achieve the best performance of the control system,for the control system software design,including: WINCC configuration software and PLC program design.The PLC program design mainly realizes the automatic control of the control system,the WINCC configuration design mainly can realize the direct communication of information between people and equipment,and realize the human-computer interaction.And in order to meet the requirements of environmental protection,the original monitoring and control system of water spraying and dust suppression in the project was optimized,and the optimized scheme of water spraying and dust suppression system in the third-phase coal storage yard based on WINCC was determined,in order to describe the running status of the equipment more directly,WINCC is used to develop the operating interface and realize the visualization of the running status of the equipment.In order to analyze whether the designed system meets the requirements of the initial design,the effect of the sewage treatment system is analyzed through field data collection,which shows that the design meets the needs of engineering design and achieves the expected goal of the enterprise.
