A Case Study On Project Team Performance Management Of SW Environmental Technology Company

Performance management,the core content of human resource management systems in enterprises,is the motive power to inspire new ideas for each module in the human resource system.Scientific and effective performance management is not only a good guarantee for enterprises to achieve strategic objectives,but also an important measure to build a good corporate culture.At the same time,to promote core competitiveness,performance management is also an important means for enterprises to continuously improve organizational performance in the market.In this case,combined with the master of business administration(MBA)theory,we searched a large amount of literature,and deeply analyzed the problems exposed in the performance management of the project team in SW company.To identify the basic reasons,we listed the main problems in the performance management of the project team in the SW company,including unscientific design of key performance objectives,no assurance in the process of performance implementation,serious disconnection between assessment and business,singulation of feedback results.Then we use specific case analysis methods to identify the root causes of these problems.In this case,we strive to provide the direction of performance management for solving the contradictions between the good market prospects of environmental protection sci-tech industries and the increasingly fierce demand for market services.We also provide some suggestions related to performance management for the conflicts between the rapid development of the industry and the non-synchronization of enterprise management level.In addition,we also provide some performance management programs to help enterprises achieve business strategy planning and operational execution improving.
