Research On The Overcapacity Of Tangshan Iron And Steel Industry Under The "One Belt And One Road" Initiative

The problem of overcapacity in tangshan steel industry has been the focus and difficulty of the solution of overcapacity.Iron and steel industry as a pillar industry of tangshan,tangshan has mastered the economic lifeline of rapid economic growth,the demand for steel is substantial increase,and blind expansion,and in the process of mass production of steel caused a waste of resources,environmental destruction,these are not in the sustainable development of environment and economy.This paper starts from studying the problem of excess capacity in tangshan steel industry,establishes a systematic analysis framework based on the current situation of excess capacity in the steel industry,finds out the key points through problem analysis,and puts forward the solutions to solve the problem in combination with the reality,so as to eliminate the excess capacity to the maximum extent.All the way in this paper,by combining the "area" initiative,make good use of the opportunities brought about by the background and interest,with the theory of industry life cycle theory,industry value chain,industry competitiveness theory and the current of the existing research results and practical experience,through the method of literature research,survey research,statistical analysis,etc,in the country to vigorously promote "area" of the environment,elaborates the situation of tangshan iron and steel industry overcapacity.According to the actual situation,the importance of reducing overcapacity and the competitiveness of tangshan steel industry are analyzed in detail.Further clarify the steel industry,that is,the resources,policies,funds between the relevant cooperation relationship.Combined with related theories from the financing difficulties,resources,transportation and other environmental conditions,the government in the docking enterprise lacks a comprehensive system of foreign investment plans and experience,the government guarantee mechanism is not perfect for steel export trade under the four aspects of "area" initiative of tangshan steel industry to resolve problems of excess capacity is analyzed and summarized.Finally,the author from the perfect transportation conditions,adjustment of export tax rate and promote regional cooperation,strengthen the industry integration and control and guide new exit,deepen the social contact and cultivate technology talent,strengthen the fiscal and taxation policies to support five aspects put forward a solution to the problem of the tangshan steel industry overcapacity dissolve in order to realize the tangshan steel effectively dissolve excess capacity.With the "One Belt And One Road" initiative proposed,the country’s attention to the problem of excess capacity and the continuous optimization and improvement of relevant policies,China’s steel industry will usher in a better tomorrow.Under the promotion of the "One Belt And One Road" initiative,the research on the reduction of excess capacity in tangshan steel industry will also benefit the local economic development.
