Research On Safety Management Model Of Power Grid Enterprises Based On Lean Management Theory

Power grid enterprises provide power security for the sustainable development of the economy and society,and are an important part of the power industry.As China’s new round of power system reform continues to deepen,the power sales market is further liberalized,and safe production is becoming more and more important for the sustainable development of power grid enterprises and even the power industry.In order to ensure safe production,power grid enterprises must not only do a good job in existing safety management,but also innovate in management ideas,methods and means of safe production.Based on the actual situation of safety management of Z Power Supply Bureau,this paper studies the safety production management mode of power grid enterprises based on lean concept,analyzes the development trend and related theory of lean management and safety management,and sorts out the safety management status of Z power supply bureau.The main working methods and existing problems have determined the necessity of implementing lean management in safety management.Subsequently,based on the current situation of safety management of Z power supply bureau,combined with practical work,lean security is built by reference to lean management such as “ 7S ” management and PDCA cycle.The management mode is described in detail by different lean tools.Then,the Z power supply bureau is taken as an example to introduce the construction results of the lean security management mode of the power grid enterprise,so as to point out the necessity of implementing the lean security management mode,combined with the Z power supply bureau.The status quo of safety management and the occurrence of safety accidents,the countermeasures for safety management improvement are put forward.Finally,the policy recommendations of the lean security management mode of power grid enterprises are expounded to better meet the operation of lean security management mode.The research results of this thesis can provide guarantee for the safe production optimization of power grid enterprises,reduce various wastes,gradually improve the overall efficiency of enterprises,and promote healthy,benign and sustainable development of enterprises.
