Power safety directly affects production and people’s life,and even relates to people’s life safety.However,there are many researches on equipment components,network structure and specific types of accidents,and there are still some deficiencies in the research on the whole system.Therefore,in order to improve the safety of power grid and prevent accidents,it is necessary to study the risk of power grid.This paper takes the power grid safety risk analysis as the research object,establishes the power grid safety risk evaluation index system and constructs the power grid safety evaluation model,uses the fault tree based on Bayesian network to carry on the risk analysis of the main accidents,and takes the risk control as the goal,establishes the power grid enterprise accident risk control model.First of all,this paper studies the current situation of power safety production process and safety management,and takes the State Grid Corporation of China as an example to carry out the comparative analysis and research on the relevant national safety production laws,regulations,rules,normative documents and standards.The results show that the system standards of power grid enterprises are relatively complete,compliant and applicable,but there are still weak links.Secondly,the factors that affect the safety of power grid are studied and analyzed.Four aspects of human,equipment,environment and management are selected.Combined with the characteristics and current situation of power grid,the evaluation index system of power grid safety risk analysis is established according to hierarchy.Based on variable fuzzy sets theory,the power grid safety risk evaluation model is established,and the calculation program of power grid safety risk evaluation model is compiled.It is used to judge the relevant parameters and safety risk level of power grid safety risk evaluation model based on variable fuzzy sets theory.Next,based on Bayesian and GeNIe,BN-FTA analysis is carried out for main power grid accidents,fault tree is drawn for substation fire accidents and power grid large-area blackout accidents,and Bayesian network is constructed.On this basis,Bayesian network analysis is carried out,and genie is used to predict the probability of event occurrence,and the important key events leading to the occurrence are analyzed and determined.Finally,based on the theory of system safety risk control and the concept of STAMP model,combined with the intrinsic safety management of power grid enterprises,the research on the safety management system and accident risk control model of power grid enterprises is carried out,and the accident risk control model of power grid enterprises based on STAMP model is developed,which can be used to guide the accident prevention and risk control of power grid enterprises.
