In the increasingly competitive modern enterprise,the human resource is one of the most important resources.Incentives have become the important means in human resource management,which are to excite the work enthusiasms of staff and to let employees create interest value for the enterprise faster,higher,better.In recent years,more and more state-owned enterprises attach importance to the role of incentives,but affected by the traditional system,incentive mechanism is too single and simple and it is not effective enough that incentives should have to be.The paper takes Liquefied Petroleum Gas Company in Beijing(hereinafter referred to as the LPG company)as the study case.It is based on the literature review of incentive theory at home and abroad and combines with the existing problems of incentive mechanism research present situation in the state-owned enterprise.It further analyzes the existing incentive mechanism present situation and puts forward the problems existing in the incentive mechanism through the interview investigation and research to the LPG company related department heads and staff and the phenomenon existing in employees and organizational level in the company.It puts forward the corresponding policy reform proposals and improves employee incentive mechanism through the analysis of the reason and result and then company can achieve incentive goal.Through the research of incentive mechanism,It will not only solve the problem of incentive status quo of LPG company currently,arouse the enthusiasm of staff,and provide practical references for managers,but also to some extent have the reference significance for other state-owned enterprises in perfecting the incentive mechanism and enhancing the level of human resource management.
