With the continuous optimization of the industrial structure of our country,the coal mine enterprises are facing more and more market competition.In the market of modern enterprises,human resource management is an important part of the current enterprise competition,and one of the most important functions of human resource management is motivation.Therefore,effectively stimulating the enthusiasm of employees is an important aspect of enterprise development.H Mining Company was founded in the1956.As one of our country’s 100 coal enterprises,its main business is coal in more than 60 years of development.However,under the background of economic system reform and industrial system reform,the companies in our country have met a lot of problems in the course of development,the main problem of which is the motivation offered to employees.The grass-roots employees are the most important human resource of the company.Their work intensity is higher,the working environment is poorer,and the development space is smaller.Therefore,in order to stimulate their work enthusiasm,the companies need to establish a reasonable and scientific incentive system.Based on this,Herzberg’s two-factor motivation theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,and achievement motivation theory are combined in this thesis.By means of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and systematic research,the human resource management of H Mining Company is studied.After briefly describing the general situation of H Mining Company,the author makes a preliminary investigation on the employees from the aspects of their sex,age,educational background,working years,etc.,and carries out a comprehensive study on the incentive system of its employees.The conclusion is that: in terms of salary and welfare,evaluation and promotion,employees are not satisfied with it.In view of the above problems,this thesis makes a particular analysis,and comes up with the incentive optimization scheme.Finally,some guarantee measures are put forward to implement the incentive system,so as to improve the incentive status of H mining company employees.Taking H Mining Company as an example,this thesis studies the incentive system of our state-owned mining company comprehensively,and the research results can be used for reference to other similar companies. |
