Research On The Evaluation Of Emergency Management Capability Of Xuyang Company

With the emergence of large-scale industrial accidents in the chemical industry,the huge economic losses and casualties caused by them make more and more people focus on the emergency management of chemical industry.The production process of coking industry also belongs to the scope of chemical industry,and there will be many emergencies in the production process.This paper mainly evaluates the current emergency management work of Hebei Zhongmei Xuyang Coking Co.,Ltd.,clarifies the current situation of emergency management,looks at the shortcomings in the current emergency management work,and formulates specific and feasible improvement measures according to the actual situation,so as to further enhance the level of emergency management of the company.Firstly,from the domestic and foreign emergency management research situation and current situation analysis,the research direction and related concepts and theories of emergency management are clarified,and through the comparison of management theory,it is clear that PPRR management theory will be used in this evaluation.Secondly,through the analysis of the existing characteristics of the coking industry,using Delm method to screen the indicators,through the primary selection and final determination,the evaluation index of emergency management capacity includes three first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators and 32 third-level indicators.Thirdly,through analytic hierarchy process,the weight of each evaluation index is determined,and the evaluation model is constructed by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.According to the classification of the evaluation results,it is concluded that the emergency management level of China Coal Xuyang Company is in a better management level,but the Department is in a better management level.The sub-indicators are still in the general management level,and need to be improved and upgraded.Finally,according to the evaluation results,through five aspects of personnel quality,pre-plan system,material support,command coordination,summary and improvement,the paper analyzed and formulated improvement plans one by one,which laid a solid foundation for the improvement of emergency management capability of China Coal Xuyang Company.
