Research On Optimization Of Port Coal Logistics System Of H Company

At present,modern logistics management thinking has and the integration of coal port logistics,in China's coal supply side in the context of structural reform,coal trading enterprises in order to realize the coal transportation logistics optimal path between different ports,only use scientific research theory and method to carry on the scientific,rationalization of the port of coal resources,to coordinate,railway,port and other cooperative enterprises,to promote coal set dredging port turnover efficiency,to build high quality development of port coal logistics system.First of all,the related research theories of logistics management,inventory management,green supply chain and port logistics at home and abroad are systematically sorted out,the optimization methods of logistics management at home and abroad are analyzed,and the related concepts are commented.Secondly,the basic theories and functions of logistics management are summarized,and logistics assembly method and mathematical modeling linear regression analysis method are found as the theoretical tools of this paper,which lays a theoretical foundation for the following research.Thirdly,starting from each link of the port coal logistics of H company,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the current situation of the company's logistics system and points out the existing problems.Through the establishment of the mathematical model and experimental data analysis of the port coal logistics system of H company,the influencing factors such as comprehensive logistics cost,customer order quantity,coal blending order number,site storage capacity and equal parking time are put forward.Finally,according to the evaluation of influencing factors,the optimal management scheme and measures of H company's port coal logistics system are proposed.
