| The Yangtze river economic belt covers the eastern,central and western regions of China and accounts for more than 40% of the country’s gross domestic product.In 2014,The State Council issued the guiding opinions on promoting the development of the Yangtze river economic belt by the golden waterway,positioning the Yangtze river economic belt as a coordinated development belt for cooperation between east and west,and a belt open to domestic market and foreign market for comprehensive promotion along the coastal,riverside and border areas.How to use the golden waterway’s communication between west and east to realize the coordinated ecological development of the Yangtze river economic belt on the basis of orderly transfers of high-quality industries has become a key issue in China’s economic development.Therefore,this thesis takes the manufacturing industry as an example to analyze the industrial distribution characteristics of 9 provinces and 2 cities along the Yangtze river economic belt,analyzes the green development dilemma of the Yangtze river economic belt according to the related data of resource consumption and pollution emission of each province,and then constructs the industrial transfer index to measure the industrial transfer characteristics of the Yangtze river economic belt.On this basis,DEA-DDF model is used to measure the eco-industrial efficiency of the Yangtze river economic belt,and Tobit model is used to empirically analyze the driving mechanism of the ecoindustrial development of the Yangtze river economic belt and the impact of industrial transfer on the eco-industrial efficiency.Finally,according to the current situation and driving mechanism of the eco-industrial development of the Yangtze river economic belt,the paper puts forward the path to promote the eco-industrial upgrading of the Yangtze river economic belt,and provides policy Suggestions for the coordinated development of the eco-industrial development of the Yangtze river economic belt.Accordingly,this paper mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)The industrial layout of the Yangtze river economic belt is characterized by isomorphism,resource consumption shows an increasing trend,and the overall environmental pollution is still not optimistic.(2)From 2008 to 2017,the overall industrial transfer coefficient of the manufacturing industry in the Yangtze river economic belt showed a trend of fluctuation and decline,and the industrial development gradually changed to a stable development and the direction of industrial transition,mainly showing the gradient transfer from east to west.(3)The overall average industrial eco-efficiency of the Yangtze river economic belt shows a trend of fluctuating growth,but there is still room for 10%-20% optimization.The industrial ecological efficiency is the highest in the lower reaches of the Yangtze river economic belt,followed by the upper reaches,and the lowest in the middle reaches.(4)On the whole,the positive promoting effect of industrial transfer on the technical efficiency of the receiving area is greater than the negative effect on the comprehensive ecological efficiency and scale efficiency,while the industrial structure,scientific and technological innovation level and electricity consumption have significant positive effects on the industrial ecological efficiency.Finally,according to the research results,some policy Suggestions are put forward to promote the ecological upgrading of the Yangtze river economic belt. |
