| With the full implementation of China’s industrial 4.0 plan,the manufacturing industry ushered in an opportunity to recover.As an important pillar of manufacturing industry,the transportation industry has received extensive attention in recent years.Taking rail steel,axle steel and aluminium alloy components which are most widely used in transportation industry as the research object,this paper simulated the heat treatment process of U75 V rail,45 steel axle and 7050 aluminium alloy components by means of finite element software ABAQUS,and analyzed three typical parts heat treatment workers by means of coupling analysis of temperature field and stress field.The effect of technology on its mechanical properties.On the basis of obtaining the thermodynamic parameters of the three materials by experiments,the cooling process of U75 V rail under natural air cooling condition,the quenching process of 45 steel axle and 7050 aluminium alloy component are simulated and calculated respectively through a series of numerical simulation processes,such as geometric model establishment,meshing,load and boundary condition application.During the quenching process in the same temperature medium,the temperature field,stress field and bending deformation law of three parts during cooling were analyzed and calculated,which provided guidance data for the formulation of heat treatment process.The numerical simulation results show that during the cooling process of U75 V rail,the stress increases first,reaches its peak value and then decreases.The corresponding bending deformation can be divided into three stages: the first stage,the rail bends to the bottom of the rail;the second stage,the rail recovers from the bottom of the rail to the straight stage;and the third stage,the rail bends from the flat stage to the head of the rail.The rails are kept straight at the end of cooling.In the quenching and cooling process,the temperature of 45 steel axle tends to be high and low on the internal surface.During the cooling process,the stress concentration in irregular geometry area is easy to occur,which has a great impact on the service life of components.The quenching simulation results of 7050 aluminium alloy components in different temperature media show that the thermal stress level of each test point in 20℃ water is higher than in 80℃ water.Therefore,80℃ is the best quenching temperature for the three quenching media. |
