In response to the call for the construction of “green mines” in China,solving the problem of dust pollution in open pit mines has always been the goal of joint efforts of mining enterprises and society.However,due to the complex sources of open-pit mine dust pollution,wide pollution range and dynamic mining and stripping process.The process of wearing,exploding,mining,transporting and discharging will cause dust pollution and it is difficult to control the generation of dust in all aspects.To this end,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the dust control of the Ha’rwusu open-pit coal mine to solve the dust pollution caused by the wind flow disturbance.Based on the analysis and research on the status quo of dust pollution control at home and abroad,the concept of “non-disturbing zone” of open pit mine was creatively proposed.As an important supplement to the theoretical system of dust pollution control in open pit mines,the “non-disturbed zone” of open pit mine was defined.Define and,according to this,classify the non-disturbing area within the entire mine area of the Ha’rwusu open-pit mine,and then test the dusting status of each non-disturbing area.According to the on-site inspection,it is pointed out that the dumping site is the most important.The pollution source in the non-disturbed area is also the focus of dust control in the non-disturbed area.The dust-discharging mechanism in the non-disturbed area is analyzed.According to the gas-solid two-phase flow theory,the dust microscopic particles are used as the research object to analyze the force,and the motion theory of dust particles in the air is proposed.And the research on dust suppression mechanism proposes the use of dust suppressant for dust treatment in non-disturbing area;classifies,summarizes and evaluates existing dust suppressant,combines the dust-removing characteristics of non-disturbing area,and selects economy under the condition of meeting dust suppression requirements The best bonding type chemical dust suppressant and choose to pre-gelatinized starch as the main material,and add thickener non-ionic polyacrylamide(PAM)The non-disturbing zone dust suppressant was developed,and the performance test and performance characterization test of the dust suppressant were carried out under laboratory conditions.Finally,the 1% concentration of the dust suppressant was selected as the final product;combined with the non-disturbing zone of the Ha’rwusu The area is subjected to a dust suppressant field test,and the dust suppressant after the test is observed for a long time to evaluate the dust suppression effect.On-site comparison test of 0.7%,1.0%,and 1.3% concentration of dust suppressant was carried out in the dumping field.The dust suppression effect was detected by artificially applying wind current disturbance,and the advantage of selecting 1.0% concentration dust suppressant was analyzed.Then use 1.0% concentration dust suppressant to carry out on-site test and dust suppression effect detection in the non-disturbed area of the crushing station,analyze the detection data and the cause of poor dust suppression effect,and conduct on-site test on the low disturbance road to obtain more obvious dust suppression effect.In summary,through the study of dust pollution in non-disturbed areas,it supplements the blank of dust control in open-pit mines in China,proposes a reasonable method of dust reduction and conducts field test of Ha’rwusu open-pit mine,and has achieved good dust suppression effect for China’s open air.Mine dust pollution control provides guidance.There are 55 figures,13 tables,92 references in this thesis.
