Equipment upgrading becomes more and more important for Power Enterprises.With the environmental indicators getting stricter in China,how to reduce enormous fuel costs and improve unit efficiency has become a new goal for HN Power Plant.Operation in the Power Plant,the heat of flue gas exhaust has not been fully recovered and utilized.Therefore,to install flue gas waste heat utilization system can make full use of the heat of smoke exhaust and achieve the ultimate goal of energy conservation and emission reduction.This is the key of equipment transformation in Power Enterprises.Based on the existing research results,the paper has use QFD,Affinity Diagram,Analytic Hierarchy Process and HOQ.HN Power Plant,the research object which is collected customers' requirements,technical requirements and construction measures.Using the AHP,the ranking of design requirements,technical requirements and construction measures are obtained.According to the correlation matrix,complete the HOQ of design and construction stage and find the main points of quality control of flue gas waste heat renovation.Make sure the main points of quality control during constriction has accomplished by using 5M1 E analysis method.Finally,the paper has summarized the effect of quality control measures.Based on data,this paper analyzes the impact of saving energy,environmental protection and economic benefits of flue gas waste heat utilization in HN Power Plant.It is guided and helpful action to other Power Plant.
