In terms of its type of energy resources,China’s coal resources are relatively large in scale.Therefore,coal has been regarded as an important basic energy and raw material in China,which is of great strategic significance to the development of China’s national economy.According to the current development of energy resources in China,the dominant position of coal resources in China’s energy structure will remain for a long time.T company is a large coal production enterprise and coal supplier in fujian province,and a leading enterprise in the coal industry in fujian.Industrial structure is relatively single.In addition,the external environment of T company is also faced with many difficulties: the state advocates to build a "clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient" energy development system,and the macro policy has strictly controlled the coal output.Influenced by excessive reliance on coal resources,policy and environmental protection factors drive T company to think about future development.In terms of the current internal and external environment faced by T company,the transformation of enterprise strategy has become inevitable,urgent and significant.Based on the existing problems and development bottlenecks,this paper starts with the current situation of the coal industry,analyzes the macro environment and industry environment of T company,and draws the influencing factors that drive the strategic transformation of T company and the core competitiveness factors that maintain the future development of T company.With PEST,porter’s five forces model and SWOT analysis method,the internal and external environment of T company is analyzed and evaluated,and the basis for T company’s strategic transformation is obtained.Based on this,the paper proposes T company’s strategic transformation goals,principles and ideas,and puts forward the direction and focus of T company’s strategic transformation.Finally,in order to ensure its smooth implementation,from the thought guarantee,the resources guarantee,organization guarantee,unified strategic transformation cognition,integrate resources,strengthen the multi-sectoral coordination organization structure change and so on multiple dimensions of strategictransformation in coal enterprises to establish and perfect guarantee system,in order to through the strategic transformation,improve the T company’s market competitiveness.Through the T company strategic transformation of comprehensive and in-depth analysis,on the one hand to the T company strategic and tactical decisions to provide effective inspiration and experience for reference,improve the rationality and validity of the strategy,tactics,explore the development of efficient transformation paths,at the same time,on the other hand can also for coal enterprise strategic transformation gives effective strategic guidance. |
